Worst bus operator - StarMart Express
Lousy, Disgusting, Cheapo - that's all I can describe about this bus operator (STARMART EXPRESS), photo below.
It is by far, the bus operator that gave me the worst bus ride experience.
To maximise profit, their strategy is try to minimise all cost at the expense of all the passengers.
They will not care about the time for passenger to reach destination. They changed bus at the custom, de-tour to destination that it shouldn't (just to drop off passengers that shouldn't be on the same bus due to different destination, again to save cost and earn more), made passengers to wait, etc. All kinds of inconveniences and prolong the time to reach destination.
On my return trip, they purposely combine passengers into a single bus, and forced passengers at the bus station to wait for 1 extra hour. This is truly conman style running of business. Disgusting!
Beware, only book this operator if you need to make a trip and there is no other choices/alternatives.
