Casualty is high, death toll has already hit 2300 (later at more than 10,000), and many historical buildings in Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur were reduced to ashes. The disaster is a great pain to all.
I visited Nepal in Oct 2009 and I am deeply saddened to see this beautiful country suffering such a catastrophic disaster.
