Nopparat Thara Beach - Krabi, Thailand

Kayaking at Ao Thalane, Krabi

Ao Thalane or Thalane Bay is one of the most beautiful mangrove forests in the whole of Thailand. About 20km from Krabi Town this section of the coast is covered in dense foliage that wraps all the caves cliffs and amazing shaped Karsts. This area of Krabi is perfect for cruising around in a Kayak. The small inlets, caves and hidden lagoons can be discovered on this kayaking tour, the shade from the jungle all around you keeping it cool. Krabi's coastline is an amazing sight, to actually get to paddle a kayak around it is a very memorable experience. The famous Karst mountains provide the backdrop for this area with its complex network of channels than meander through the dense mangrove.

Day Trip to Hong Island, Krabi (21 Dec)

The island can be reached by speedboat in 25 minutes or by longtail boat in 45 minutes.

Our year end vacation (18-22 Dec) to the beautiful Krabi, Thailand.

Krabi Province, which lies along the coast of the Andaman sea in Southern Thailand, is a top tourist destination as a result of its plentiful natural attractions including, white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, extensive coral reefs, numerous caves and waterfalls, and over 130 islands, including Koh Lanta and the jewels of the Andaman coast, the six islands of Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park. Krabi is an important port city for both local fisherman as well as boats ferrying visitors to the nearby attractions, one of the premier rock climbing destinations in the world.

The Grand Canyon 大峡谷

The excursion from Vegas to Grand Canyon is seldom missed by any tourist, especially for first timer. Taking the usual packaged tour, as expected, will not allow me to catch the canyon in its best lighting. Nevertheless, it is such a great feeling to have seen the mighty canyon at last.

The bus journey from LA Downtown to Vegas will take about 5 to 6 hours. Round trip bus ticket is US45. The summer in Vegas is Hot, average 40C everyday.
